Spend your pregnancy with full access to me, an experienced childbirth educator and doula, available 24/7 from 37 to 42 weeks.

 

The package includes:

• 3 Face-to-Face Visits;

Each visit lasts 2 hours at the pregnant woman's home and includes classes on the following topics:​

• The mental role of labour;

• Non-pharmacological and pharmacological pain relief methods available at the hospital;

• How a birth unit works;

• Understanding labor induction—when it’s necessary—and how instrumental delivery works;

• Access to a glossary of childbirth-related terms in English;

• Exercises using a Pilates ball, massages, and the rebozo to assist with cervical dilation;

• OMP (Optimal Maternity Positioning) exercise protocol;

• Biomechanics of childbirth;

• Breathing techniques;

• Hypnobirthing;

• The role of the father during labor and pre-labor;

• Breastfeeding preparation and colostrum extraction consultation;

• Guidance on the ideal time to go to the maternity ward and understanding the stages of labor;

• Assistance in preparing a birth plan;

A $300 deposit is required, with the balance payable in instalments by 37 weeks.
