I work directly with pregnant and postpartum women offering lymphatic drainage, Relaxing massage, and remedial massage with kinesiotapes. All services are done at the client home, where I can provide a more personalised follow-up and establish a relationship of trust and bonding with the mothers, which is so important during this phase.

 

Lymphatic Drainage 
Manual Lymphatic drainage is a gentle formula of body massage in which I use the exclusive Technique Imediatt and Aromatherapy to bring even more sensation of relaxation and well being to pregnant and postpartum women.

It aims to lead to relaxation.  This massage helps to balance the physical, energetic, and emotional body. The baby inside the belly can feel the mother's relaxation and tranquillity, and with the same benefits.
It is a practice that aims to help in the reduction os stress and anxiety and done with Essential oils safe to mom and baby.

Remedial massage aims to help combat common pain in pregnant woman such as sciatica nerve, carpal tunnel and neck and back pain.

 

Kinesiotape 
Application of Kinesiotape for pregnant and postpartum women is a technique functional bandage that consists in applying adhesive strips to the body with the purpose of relieving frequent pain during pregnancy such as back pain, neck hands and even for the weight of the belly and also as an alternative to swelling.

Totally safe for pregnancy because it does not use any type of medication.
In postpartum women helps with the diastesis.
