• 2 Pre-Birth Visits;

Each visit lasts approximately 3 hours at the parents' home and covers the following topics:

• Non-pharmacological and pharmacological pain relief methods available at the hospital;

• How a birth unit works;

• Understanding labour induction—when it’s necessary;

• Access to a glossary of childbirth-related terms in English;

• Exercises with a Pilates ball, massages, and the rebozo to assist with cervical dilation;

• OMP (Optimal Maternity Positioning) exercise protocol;

• Biomechanics of childbirth;

• Breathing techniques;

• Hypnobirthing;

• The father’s role during labour and pre-labour;

• Breastfeeding preparation and colostrum extraction consultation;

• Guidance on the ideal time to go to the maternity ward;

• Assistance in preparing a birth plan;

• Reviewing mom and baby's maternity ward bags;
