This package was made especially for mothers on their second / or more pregnancy who have already had contact with perinatal education in their first pregnancy.

1 pre-birth visits (average of 3 hours) at the pregnant woman's home together with the father, where preparation for birth will be discussed with the following topics:

Non-pharmacological pain relief methods;
Access to the glossary of terms in english related to childbirth;
Exercises on the pilates ball, massages and rebozo to help open the cervix;
Breathing techniques;
Phases of labor and induction;
The role of dad at the time of delivery, pregnancy and postpartum;
Breastfeeding preparation consultation and colostrum extraction;
Explanation of the ideal time to go to the maternity hospital;
Help in preparing the birth plan;
Natural induction methods and labor exercises close to the due date;
Packing mom and baby's bag for the maternity hospital;
Including perinatal education handbook and gift hamp with natural induction methods for labour, such as teas, aromatherapy for perineal healing, candle, personalized bottle with your name, and gift cards childbirth affirmations and much more
Tens machine rental, peanut ball and doterra essential oils included access to my private library for perinatal education;
Childbirth
Monitoring of the pregnant woman during childbirth starting at home and at a convenient time, accompaniment to the hospital and all technical and emotional support for the pregnant woman and the father in the hospital and preparation of the environment up to 1 hour after the baby is born (no time limit in the hospital);
Bridge between the medical team and the fathers, answering all questions related to the progress of the birth;
1 Postpartum visit (3 hours)
1 newborn care;
How to prepare for a peaceful postpartum;
Concept of exterogestation;
Breastfeeding consultation;
Relaxing massage and lymphatic drainage with taping to help close the diastesis;

If necessary, the cost of a backup doula is included:
